The inception of Keyword and the concept of ISIMAN

The inception of Keyword was based on a simple, logical idea : to publish on end users's PC's, all the information they need in order to work efficiently.

Keyword's R&D department was set up with this aim in mind and has resulted in the ISIMAN® software platform we know today which is capable of handling all types of corporate information (text, images, diagrams, documents, data, links, keywords, etc) and organizing it for:

·         Ease of use for content owners,

·         Ease of navigation for end users.

Keyword's activity has grown up around 3 major functionalities:

·         Publishing and propagating information from Head Office to all staff wherever they may be based in the world;

·         Providing end users with electronic performance support,

·         Providing top management with feedback from end users and middle management.

ISIMAN® was first marketed in 1991. It has evolved constantly technically, incorporating the best of new technologies as they became available. At the same time market demand and customer requirements have shaped development to produce solutions with high value added resulting 10 years later in our integrated offer ISIMAN Enterprise.

ISIMAN Enterprise is much more than a technological offer, it is an integrated suite of enterprise solutions :

Keyword and Customers

Customers acquire solutions via a licence for use which includes the ISIMAN® software platform.

A maintenance contract guarantees the customer that the ISIMAN® solution(s) he has acquired are viable in the long-term. Under the terms of the contract, Keyword guarantees to maintain and enhance them according to customer requirements and technical progress in terms of related software: operating systems, RBDMS, MS/Office, browsers, ERP... and has been doing so since 1991 to the satisfaction of our customers.

In this way, the customers can concentrate their energies on the aspects which concern them directly:

·         Creating and updating contents

·         Designing graphics

·         Assessing increases in efficiency of end users,

·         Analysing feeback from end users and managemente.
