Axway signs a distribution agreement with Keyword for ISIMAN

Axway and Keyword are to pool their expertise to distribute ISIMAN for XRDJ, designed by Keyword for modelling and publication of accounting and business procedures on intranet.

ISIMAN for XRDJ enhances Axway’s integrated accounting offer, XRDJ. ISIMAN for XRDJ provides Accounts Departments with powerful documentation functionality, building accounting documentation in compliance with legal and accounting requirements and automatic update of accounting diagrams and procedures. It is designed to address the requirements of major players implementing worldwide IS upgrades, and the need for transparency in procedures, processes and organization, thereby enhancing corporate performance.

Axway, a major player in software integration and 100 % subsidiary of Sopra Group, signed the partnership agreement with Keyword, a software editor specializing in intranet content management and publication, as part of a commercial and marketing synergy for the international distribution of the ISIMAN solution suite.

The ISIMAN solution suite covers 8 areas: TQM, IS governance, IS ownership, Job and Competency management, Electronic Performance Support, Internal Control and Operating Risk Management, Internal Audit, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery. 

It includes powerful functionality for management of complex intranet knowledge bases, including multiple site and multiple language applications. Conformant with market standards (Java, XML/XSL, J2EE, WebDAV…) and including Open Source components, it offers conformity with business and international standards (COSO, COBIT, ITIL, IAS/IFRS, Basel II, SOX/LSF, ISO 2000-9001, etc.).

ISIMAN for XRDJ will be distributed exclusively by Axway as an add-on to XRDJ, providing Accounts Departments with accurate cross references for all data used in the accounting repository via automatic update of links between charts of accounts and the details of each account, between accounting diagrams (usually classified by activity) and the details of each accounting movement and between accounting events and the software which generates the accounting diagrams concerned.

It is not only used to provide comprehensive documentation of the accounting system for end users inhouse, but also to provide documentation for external audit and control bodies, thereby providing a powerful add-on to Axway’s accounting integration solution.
